Making an Appointment 

If you feel ready to commit to your health and to make some true and lasting changes for the good, then you are warmly encouraged to reach out to start the process. You should allow at least 1 and ½ hours for the first appointment. Follow up appointments are 45 minutes. 

You only need to bring yourself, but some people find it helpful to write a list of their concerns and/or to make some notes about their medical history, e.g. what has happened, what was done to help and how it worked. You can bring copies of medical tests if you wish but this is not required. You are certainly warmly welcome to bring a partner or other support person to your appointment if you wish.
